Frequently asked questions

What feeding methods does Milk Diary support?

Milk Diary supports nursing, pumping, and bottle feeding, or any combination of the three. Whether you're exclusively breastfeeding, exclusively pumping, combo feeding with formula, or transitioning between methods, the app adapts to your family's journey.

Can I share feeding data with my pediatrician?

Absolutely. Milk Diary can generate a PDF feeding report tailored for your pediatrician, lactation consultant, or primary care doctor. Just head to the Insights tab, select a timeline, and tap Generate Report.

How does syncing work between caregivers?

Milk Diary uses your personal iCloud account to sync feeding data across devices. To share with a partner, grandparent, or other caregiver, simply invite them from the app. They'll be able to log sessions and see feeding history without needing to create an account, everything syncs automatically through iCloud.

How is my data stored?

Your personal data is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it will also be connected to your personal iCloud account. At all times, your information remains protected and inaccessible, even to us.

Do you sell my data to third parties?

Never. Unlike most apps, Milk Diary doesn't even have the ability to access your data. Everything stays on your device and your iCloud. No servers, no collection, no selling. Your privacy is built into our architecture, not just our policy.
